Sallan Vuokratalot Oy (Salla Rental Houses)
We rent clean, unfurnished apartments for different life situations.
The company owns 15 properties (226 apartments) in the village of Salla, near services. There are six apartment buildings and nine row houses. District heating is included in the rent.
In addition, the company has row houses in Saija and Hautajärvi. They have electric heating, which is paid for by the tenant.
Sallan Vuokratalot Oy is connected to Kela’s online service related to housing benefits.
Myllytie 8 has a lift, but all other apartments do not have a lift.
The apartments are also suitable for those coming to Salla for temporary work or vacations. The minimum rental period is one month. The tenant is responsible for furnishing the apartment.
The prices of the rent, per square metre, are affordable in comparison to the national level, approximately 8.5 to 9 euros per square metre. The newest apartments are more expensive.
Sallan Vuokratalot Oy is a subsidiary, entirely owned by the municipality of Salla.
Municipal rentals
The company also rents apartments directly owned by the municipality of Salla. There are 52 and they are mainly located in the village of Salla. General property maintenance and on-call situations are handled by the general property maintenance of Salla municipality, as follows:

The deposit fee for apartments is €300 for Sallan Vuokratalot and €200 for the Salla municipality.

Customer service is at the office, Mon–Thu from 8:00-15:00. We appreciate if you can reserve a time in advance.
We advise and guide our customers, and we will send pictures of the property, if necessary. The rental agreements with Salla municipality are also made at the Sallan Vuokratalot office.
